Data Collection
I collect only the information you voluntarily share—primarily through contact forms, project onboarding, and billing workflows. Analytics data is anonymized and used to improve usability.
Usage
Information is used to provide proposals, deliver services, and maintain communication. I do not sell or rent your data. Access is limited to the tools necessary to run your project (e.g., Stripe, project management software).
Security
All project data is stored in encrypted services with MFA enforced. Source files and credentials are managed through secure repositories. Payments are handled via Stripe and never stored on this server.
Your Choices
You may request data exports, updates, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@jameseddie.com. I’ll respond within 48 hours.
