Clear expectations keep collaboration smooth and transparent.

Engagement

Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are documented in a written proposal. Work begins after approval and initial deposit unless otherwise noted.

Payments

Invoices follow the milestones outlined in your proposal. Payments are processed via Stripe or ACH. Late invoices may pause active work after a 7-day grace period.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of agreed-upon deliverables. I retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios and marketing materials.

Support

After launch, I offer maintenance retainers that include monitoring, updates, and iterative enhancements. Emergency support is available with a separate service level agreement.
